Withdrawal policy
Unsafe releases are not silently replaced.
If a release is compromised or materially unsafe, SightAdapt stops promoting that version but preserves its immutable tag, published bytes and dated history. The release is marked as withdrawn, integrity evidence is retained and corrections are published under a new version.
